Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a BCBA to support a school district in Austin for the upcoming school year. If you're looking for a role where your work directly impacts students' growth-and you're supported every step of the way-this is it.
What You'll DoYou'll take the lead in developing and implementing behavior strategies that help students succeed in the classroom. From conducting assessments to guiding staff, your work will create lasting, positive change.
Your Schedule- Monday–Friday, aligned with school hours
- No nights or weekends

- Master's degree in a related field

- Conduct FBAs and develop effective BIPs

- Track and adjust interventions based on student progress
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
