Electrical Assembly II – Electrical Assembler II – Merritt Island, Florida. Job Summary Perform advanced electrical work on the production line, including motor wiring, dash wiring, and other complex tasks. Handle MDP panel wiring and troubleshooting during the final assembly phase for large boats. Responsibilities Execute advanced electrical tasks on the line. Wire panels and troubleshoot as required. Read and understand production schedules, job descriptions, and work prints. Use basic hand tools to complete assignments. Follow quality system procedures, instructions, and documents. Maintain safety by reporting hazards, wearing personal protective equipment, and completing required safety questionnaires. Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing stairs, standing, and other job‑site activities as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; or 2–4 years of electrical experience. Ability to read production schedules, job descriptions, and work prints. Basic proficiency with hand tools. Working knowledge of quality system procedures, instructions, and documents. Understanding of OSHA, DEP, and other regulatory agencies. Safety Requirements Desire and commitment to work safely at all times and report hazards to the supervisor immediately. Understanding of OSHA, DEP, and related regulatory agencies. Wearing required personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and respirator when necessary. Completion of the OSHA questionnaire, spirometer test, and ability to physically meet job requirements. Understanding of safety documents, work‑site rules, procedures, equipment operating instructions, and the General Safety Rules and Individual Safety Commitment. Compensation and Benefits Hourly pay range: $20.60–$25.05, based on qualifications and business needs.
