Spring Forward Physical Therapy is a boutique, one-on-one outpatient physical therapy practice with locations in Midtown East and the Financial District . We are growing our team and are looking for a physical therapist with an interest and/or specialized training in pelvic health who is also comfortable treating orthopedic patients .

New graduates, early-career therapists, and experienced clinicians are all encouraged to apply. We are interested in finding the right person who is passionate about patient care, eager to learn, and wants to grow with our practice.

For the right experienced candidate, there is also an opportunity to take on additional leadership, mentorship, management, or clinic development responsibilities as the practice continues to grow.

About Spring Forward

We believe physical therapy should be personal. Our therapists provide one-on-one care , with 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute follow-up visits. We emphasize hands-on treatment, individualized exercise programs, clinical reasoning, and getting to the root cause of a patient's problem. We are a collaborative team that values clinical excellence, mentorship, professional development, and creating an exceptional patient experience.

The Role

This position offers the opportunity to develop a dual focus in pelvic health and orthopedics .

The ideal candidate will have specialized pelvic health training or experience and be willing and able to treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions as part of their caseload.

Your caseload will be tailored to your experience, interests, and strengths. We are open to candidates who are:

• Primarily interested in pelvic health but enjoy treating orthopedics as well
• Orthopedic clinicians who have pursued additional pelvic health training
• Experienced pelvic health clinicians looking to expand their practice
• New graduates who have a strong interest in pelvic health and want mentorship while developing their clinical skills

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Treat a combination of pelvic health and orthopedic patients
• Provide hands-on manual therapy and individualized therapeutic exercise
• Develop strong relationships with patients and referring providers
• Collaborate with other physical therapists and healthcare professionals
• Participate in continuing education and professional development
• Help grow our pelvic health program and referral network
• Contribute ideas and clinical expertise as our practice continues to expand

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a personable and motivated physical therapist who enjoys working closely with patients and wants to continue to grow as a clinician.

Depending on your experience, you may be a great fit if you have:

• Pelvic health/pelvic floor training or experience
• Experience treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Strong interest in developing expertise in both areas
• Good manual therapy skills and a hands-on treatment approach
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
• An interest in developing relationships with physicians and other referral sources
• A NY State Physical Therapy license or eligibility for NY licensure

Pelvic health certifications and advanced training are a plus , but we are open to candidates at different stages of their pelvic health training.

Our Patients

We treat a diverse patient population ranging from athletes and active adults to the active aging population. Our pelvic health patients include individuals seeking care for pelvic floor and musculoskeletal conditions, as well as prenatal and postpartum care. Our orthopedic caseload includes a broad range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.

Compensation

$75,000–$105,000+ , depending on experience, clinical expertise, and role.

Compensation and responsibilities will be tailored to the candidate's level of experience.

Leadership/management opportunities and increased compensation may be available for an experienced clinician who is interested in taking on a larger role within the practice.
