We are searching for an experienced Maintenance Working Lead at our Feasterville facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Position Summary

The Maintenance Lead provides hands-on daily leadership for maintenance operations, helping the Maintenance Supervisor keep manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and infrastructure safe, reliable, compliant, and production ready. This role assists in coordinating work, supports troubleshooting, documents maintenance activity, and partners with Production, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and contractors.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical school, vocational training, or associate degree preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience required, with lead, supervisory, or coordination experience preferred.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with working knowledge of controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, HVAC, and facility systems.

Experience with preventive maintenance programs, manufacturing environments, and SAP or similar CMMS preferred.

Ability to read drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation and safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.

Strong leadership, communication, prioritization, organization, coaching, problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, reach, work in various positions, lift or move up to 50 lbs., and wear required PPE.

Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to equipment, moving parts, electrical equipment, noise, odors, and other industrial hazards.

Must follow all applicable GMP, safety, PPE, facility, and gowning requirements.

May work in production, warehouse, utility, facility, and maintenance areas and may be required to work flexible hours, overtime, weekends, holidays, or emergency response as business needs require.

May travel for training or business needs when required.
