Medical Science Liaison, Cell Therapy Autoimmune (CTAI) Territory Location: Field - NM, N. TX, OK Responsibilities Identify, establish and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) Act as primary liaison to investigators interested in developing and performing investigator initiated research Develop and execute geography-specific Field Medical and KOL Interaction plans based on therapeutic area objectives and KOL needs Partner with other MSL teams to achieve CTAI objectives and goals with rheumatologists and hematologists Support patient education initiatives as a subject matter expert on the BMS pipeline and investigational therapies Provide clinical presentations and respond to unsolicited questions (as appropriate) in academic and healthcare provider settings (group and one-on-one) Collaborate with Clinical Research & Development to enhance patient enrolment in BMS-sponsored clinical trials by identifying trial sites and engaging investigators Provide scientific support at national, regional and local medical congresses/meetings Capture and provide timely feedback/insights to internal stakeholders regarding the cell therapy and autoimmune treatment landscape for strategy development Skills/Knowledge Required Terminal degree in medical science (PA-C, DNP, Pharm D, M.D., or Ph.D.) required 3–5 years clinical or research experience in cell therapy or autoimmune disease OR 3–5 years as an MSL in cell therapy or autoimmune disease Cell therapy or rheumatology experience strongly preferred Proven ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams Working knowledge of US legal, regulatory, and compliance regulations for industry interactions with healthcare professionals Ability to partner and maintain relationships within the medical community Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills Ability to translate scientific/clinical data into understandable, valuable information for physicians Benefits Health Coverage: Medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision care Wellbeing Support: BMS Well-Being Account, BMS Living Life Better, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) Financial Well‑being and Protection: 401(k), short‑and‑long‑term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, supplemental health insurance, business travel protection, personal liability protection, identity theft benefit, legal support, survivor support Work‑life benefits include Paid Time Off (flexible time off or vacation/holidays depending on employment category) Additional time off may include sick time, volunteer days, summer hours flexibility, leaves of absence, and annual Global Shutdown Compensation Overview Field – United States: $168,220 – $203,837 #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
