Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients experiencing mood disorders, assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms to inform treatment decisions.

• Collaborate with clients to craft personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Employ evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to foster client growth and resilience.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families related to mood disorders and effective treatment strategies, empowering them with knowledge for self-care.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and improve mental health stability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will primarily work with individuals and families coping with mood disorders. This includes clients battling anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other related conditions. Your experience in understanding these challenges will position you to provide compassionate, client-centered care, fostering a therapeutic environment conducive to healing.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
