Procurement Governance Specialist

Job Summary:

The Procurement Governance Specialist assists with data validation, system transitions, and data compliance efforts. This role supports ad hoc projects and contributes to process improvements while ensuring data accuracy. The specialist will work collaboratively within a team to complete tasks efficiently and maintain effective communication.

Location:White Plains, New York, United States

Responsibilities:

- Assist with data validation and transition to new systems.
- Assist with weekly and monthly data compliance efforts.
- Assist with ad hoc projects.
- Provide suggestions for improvements to existing processes.
- Schedule workday to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Certifications:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent Excel skills, including formula execution.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to focus and provide 100% accuracy.
- Ability to work as part of a team; dependable, punctual, and pleasant.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- Knowledge of SAP.

- Hybrid work arrangement based in White Plains, NY.
