Description Location: San Jacinto, CA Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Fri | 40 hours per week Housing: Not provided Job Title: Maintenance Technician What You'll Do Help ensure the property is well maintained, safe, and welcoming. Complete maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner. Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs. Assist with preventative maintenance to keep building systems in good working condition. Maintain the grounds and landscaping to support curb appeal. Assist with annual apartment inspections and identify maintenance needs. Work with the Property Manager to coordinate vendors and order supplies. Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff. Report lease or house rule violations when observed. Respond appropriately to emergency maintenance situations. Follow company policies and procedures. What We're Looking For Dependent, organized, and committed to maintaining high property standards. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact positively with residents, vendors, and team members. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Computer literacy (Outlook, Teams, Work Order Ticketing System). Professionalism and strong listening skills. Experience with subsidized housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, or RD) is helpful. General building maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. General groundskeeping and landscaping experience. Basic Requirements Reliable transportation. Authorized to work in the United States. Access to a personal smartphone with email, messaging, and app functionality (usage reimbursed). Valid driver's license required.
