Job Title: Machine Helper/General Labor Location: Hendersonville, NC 28792 (100% Onsite) Duration: 06+ months contract (possible to extent) Shift Details: 2-2-3 schedule (12 hour shifts; 7am-7pm/7pm-7am). Two weeks will be on day shift, then two weeks on night shift, then two weeks on day shift again, etc. Candidates MUST be able to swing between both days and nights. Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Helper to assist the operator(s) in mill-wide reclaim operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with physical tasks, operating machinery, and working in a non-climate-controlled environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist the operator(s) in handling and positioning rolls on a conveyor. Load materials onto the line manually or using a tractor. Load and unload materials on trailers. Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks. Assist with grade changes and deep cleaning as required. Operate lift trucks as needed (training to be provided). Requirements : Must complete lift truck driver training. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
