Precision Parts Manufacturing Specialist — ConMet Operations

Imagine joining a team where the parts you touch each shift go straight into products people rely on. At Impact Workforce Solutions, you’ll support ConMet’s Molding and Finishing lines in Canton, NC , helping assemble, label, inspect, and pack parts to exacting standards—safely and on time.

Why this role

• Stable schedule & pay: Full-time, 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:30pm–11:30pm); currently working OT on 10-hour shifts: 4:30 pm - 3:00am. Weekly Pay. $20.00/hr base + $2.00/hr shift differential = $22.00/hr.

Must be willing to work flexible hours, including mandatory and voluntary overtime as needed.

What success looks like

• Follow work instructions to the letter while maintaining a clean, organized workstation.
• Inspect components, complete assemblies, apply labels with an RF scanner, and package correctly the first time.
• Accurately capture production counts and scrap details.
• Hit production standards without compromising quality, safety, or environmental procedures.
• Communicate unresolved product or equipment concerns to your lead/supervisor promptly.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• At least 12 months of related experience and/or training in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to navigate a computer and operate a labeling scan gun.
• Demonstrated mechanical assembly skills, keen eye for detail, and dependable attendance.
