Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers, learn what they're looking for, and help match them with new or pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs.
• Present vehicle features, technology, pricing, and available options, and accompany customers on test drives.
• Build relationships with prospective and current customers through phone, email, CRM follow-up, appointments, and ongoing customer outreach.
• Guide customers through the automotive sales process from initial conversation and vehicle selection through purchase and vehicle delivery.
• Maintain current knowledge of dealership inventory, vehicle features, manufacturer programs, incentives, and automotive sales promotions.

What You'll Bring

• Comfort using a CRM, email, phone, and other dealership technology to manage leads, appointments, and customer follow-up.
• Strong organization when managing multiple customers, sales opportunities, and daily tasks.
• Comfort working with basic pricing, payment, and vehicle information during the sales process.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
