Pharmacy Medication Reconciliation TechnicianFull-Time I First ShiftPharmacy Hospital I Lexington, KYThe Department of Pharmacy Services of Baptist Health Lexington provides pharmaceutical services to patients across the continuum of care. These services include, but are not limited to verification of medication orders, drug distribution, sterile product preparation, hazardous drug preparation, and utilization of automated dispensing cabinets.Supports pharmacy services by obtaining medication and allergy histories for patients that will be admitted to the hospital.
