ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in fashion PR and later gained firsthand insurance experience working with my father, who is also a State Farm agent. I’m proud to be a third-generation State Farm agent and a graduate of Gonzaga University and Mater Dei High School. Giving back is important to me, and I’ve been a RAD Camp volunteer since 2008. That same focus on relationships and helping others is an important part of our agency. We offer CalSavers, flexible scheduling, training programs, weekly development meetings, bonus opportunities, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
