Data Analyst

Payrate: $40.00 - $41.00/hr. This role supports the Data & Insights team in analyzing data and preparing reports to track digital product adoption and performance. The position involves building and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools, gathering business requirements, and translating them into data analysis tasks.

• Support the Data & Insights team in analyzing data and preparing reports to track digital product adoption and performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools used by internal teams and stakeholders.
• Work with team members to gather business requirements and help translate them into data analysis tasks.
• Support ongoing digital product adoption tracking, KPI reporting, and dashboard enhancement initiatives.
• Contribute to projects focused on improving reporting accuracy, data visibility, and business insights.
• Regular collaboration with Data & Insights team members, business stakeholders, and reporting users.
• Participate in team discussions, requirement gathering sessions, and status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence-related roles.

Desired Skills

• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Ability to perform adoption analysis and interpret reporting trends.
• Experience with dashboard development and KPI frameworks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with team members.
• Strong business acumen.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and ask questions.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $41.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
