Front Desk Medical Receptionist – UroHealth Partners
Monday–Friday |
No weekends | Paid holidays off

Do you love connecting with people and making a positive impact in their day? If so, UroHealth Partners is looking for someone like you! We're currently hiring a Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our practice.

About the Role:

In this dynamic, patient-facing position, you’ll be responsible for greeting patients warmly, checking them in, updating demographic and insurance information, scheduling visits and procedures, and collecting copays.

• Team player who works well with others to ensure front desk tasks are completed

Specific Duties Include:

• Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner

• Enter and update patient information and insurance in the EHR system

• Ensure completion of required patient forms and documentation

• Coordinate and prepare charts/documents for upcoming clinics

• Understand and apply payer information accurately into the EHR

• Schedule diagnostic procedures and follow-up appointments

• Register patients for the patient portal

• Collect copayments at the time of visit

• Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership

• Maintain professionalism and cooperation in all duties

• Other Duties as Assigned

Required Competencies:

• Minimum 1 year of medical office experience

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

Preferred Competencies:

• Previous experience in a Urology medical office
