Watts & Associates is working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law ranked international litigation firm seeking a 1 to 3 year Antitrust Associate to join its Washington, DC office.

The Role

\n

\n

\n
• Act on complex antitrust investigations and enforcement actions before federal and other competition authorities
\n
• Support high stakes private antitrust litigation, including monopolization and merger challenge disputes
\n
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and substantive memoranda across all stages of litigation
\n
• Assist with factual development, discovery, and preparation for hearings, trials, and negotiations
\n
• Contribute to cross border transaction advocacy and regulatory strategy as part of partner led teams
\n

Ideal Candidate Profile

\n

\n

The firm is seeking a 1 to 3 year Antitrust Associate with:

\n

\n
• 1 to 3 years of post qualification antitrust experience at a respected firm or agency
\n
• Hands on experience with antitrust counseling, investigations, or litigation responsibilities
\n
• Admission to the New York Bar or District of Columbia Bar, or eligibility to waive in
\n
• Strong academic credentials from a law school ranked in the top 50
\n
• Genuine interest in antitrust with prior clerkship or DOJ or FTC experience preferred
\n

Compensation & Benefits

• $225,000 to $310,000 base salary, depending on class year and experience
\n
