An industry-leading mechanical contractor in North West Ohio is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Service Team. Location: Cleveland, Ohio Compensation Range: $65,000$95,000 per year (Hourly) Sign on Bonus Employment Type: Full-Time Opportunities Benefits: Company-paid medical insurance, company-paid life insurance, company-paid retirement benefit, company vehicle, holiday and vacation PTO.

General Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 5-10 years HVAC experience preferred
• Sign on Bonus: Up to $5,000 depending on experience
• Salary Range: $65,000$95,000
• Travel: Minimal (typically in Cleveland/Akron, Ohio area within a 60-mile radius)
• Specialties: Advanced HVAC service
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Typical Role Description:

• Maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems
• Able to work independently while coordinating with the main office
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical malfunctions; repairing or replacing damaged components
• Performing regularly scheduled preventive maintenance
• Building strong customer relationships and understanding customer needs and expectations
