Due to community growth and demand, a large multi-site community health center system in Bad Axe, Michigan, has an opportunity for a physician assistant family medicine provider.

Opportunity Details

• The system has 24 sites in and around Saginaw, southeast and central Michigan.
• Locations consist of primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, and dental facilities.
• Work at their newer large facility in a community in Huron County, northeast of Bay City.
• The site currently has a nurse practitioner and dental department. Family Physicians rotate to the clinic as a new physician is being recruited.
• The schedule has some flexibility for 4 or 5 days per week.
• The system offers a base salary and robust benefits package, including student loan repayment with a HPSA score of 18.

About Bad Axe, Michigan

• Bad Axe is just a short drive to the shoreline of either Lake Huron or Saginaw Bay.
• Downtown offers a wide range of stores, from national department chains to small boutiques. We host several events, including the Huron Community Fair, a Cruise Night, and a Christmas Parade.
