We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Resident-Centered Care Team. As an RN, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care while helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our residents. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards of practice. Assess, monitor, and evaluate residents' physical, emotional, and clinical conditions. Notify physicians and family members of significant changes in residents' conditions and implement appropriate interventions. Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and IV therapy safely and accurately. Collaborate with physicians during resident rounds. Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies. Ensure nursing documentation is complete, accurate, and timely. Participate in shift report to promote continuity of care. Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life at all times. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing. Compassionate and resident-focused. An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and clinical judgment. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
