Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Hourly Rate: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour (determined by experience and location)LocationOahu, Hawaii; OnsitePosition SummaryAs a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide one-to-one behavioral support services to students with IEPs within a school-based setting under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). This role focuses on implementing individualized educational and behavioral strategies that support student success academically, socially, and behaviorally. Responsibilities include implementing ABA interventions, supporting classroom routines, collecting behavioral data, and collaborating with educational and behavioral teams.
