Product Owner

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Product Owner to lead and enhance our Application Vulnerability Response (AVR) capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will partner closely with Security, IT, and Development teams to ensure the efficient identification, prioritization, and remediation of application vulnerabilities across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate combines deep ServiceNow product expertise, cybersecurity knowledge, and strong stakeholder management skills to drive measurable risk reduction outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership & Strategy:

• Roadmap Management: Own the ServiceNow Application Vulnerability Response (AVR) product roadmap, vision, and backlog.
• Backlog Prioritization: Define, refine, and prioritize features, user stories, user enhancements, and integrations aligned with organizational security objectives.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison and bridge between Security, IT Operations, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Platform Enhancement & Delivery:

• Agile Execution: Collaborate with developers and QA teams within Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of platform features.
• Process Optimization: Design and implement automated workflows to streamline vulnerability intake, risk scoring, assignment, and remediation tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Platform & Security Expertise: 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow product ownership, business analysis, or platform administration, with a specific focus on cybersecurity or vulnerability management programs.
• Module Knowledge: Hands-on experience implementing or managing the ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) – AVR module .
