- Follow up on company-provided leads
- Handle live transfer opportunities
- Work automated CRM opportunities from existing clients and past prospects
- Build relationships with prospective and current clients
- Recommend insurance solutions based on customer needs
- Generate referrals and additional sales opportunities
- Manage the sales process from the first conversation through closing
- Consistently meet and exceed production goals
- Represent Brandon Sisco Insurance Agency with professionalism and integrity
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for producers who expect to write at least $50,000 in new premium each month —or believe they're capable of reaching that level with the right opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Minimum one year of P&C insurance sales experience
- Proven history of closing business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence handling objections
- Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Coachable and committed to continuous improvement
