In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of open positions — including complex, hard-to-fill roles within the veterinary staffing industry. You will be a key contributor to our collaborative, entrepreneurial culture, bringing creative sourcing strategies, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS platforms, including Paycom, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Spark Hire, along with a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and successfully closing candidates for hard-to-fill corporate and leadership positions. This role blends strategic recruiting expertise with hands-on execution, making it an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented staffing environment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle RecruitingManage end-to-end recruiting for a broad range of positions, with emphasis on difficult-to-fill, niche, and manager- to senior-level roles across multiple industriesSource candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Boolean search, networking, and referralsCoordinate and facilitate one-way video interviews through SparkHire; provide clear candidate guidance and timely hiring manager feedbackManage requisition workflows and applicant tracking in Paycom ATS, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and current status across all open rolesCandidate & Client ExperienceServe as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering professional, responsive, and positive experience throughout the hiring processConduct structured phone screens and competency-based interviews; provide thorough evaluation summaries for hiring teamsMaintain strong candidate pipelines for active and anticipated openings across multiple functional areasReporting & Continuous ImprovementTrack and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and offer acceptance ratesIdentify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, interview processes, and candidate experienceStay current on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging recruiting technologiesTechnology ProficiencyPaycom ATS – requisition management, candidate tracking, and compliance reportingJuicebox – AI-powered talent intelligence and candidate sourcingLinkedIn Recruiter – advanced Boolean search and outreachSparkHire – one-way video interview administration and candidate reviewMicrosoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills & Abilities3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or staffing environmentDemonstrated success filling difficult, specialized, or senior-level roles across multiple functions or industriesHands-on experience with Paycom ATS for requisition management, candidate tracking, and reportingProficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searchExperience using Juicebox or comparable AI-powered talent intelligence platformsExperience administering one-way video interviews through SparkHire or comparable platformExceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to represent Evette’s brand with professionalismStrong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneouslyHigh degree of discretion, integrity, and sound judgment when handling confidential informationPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.Ability to lift 10–15 pounds as needed.Ability to access and navigate organizational facilities.Evette is an equal opportunity employer.
