Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months

Daily Responsibilities:
Recruitment Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment processes across the organization. This position is responsible for managing interview scheduling, generating offer letters, and coordinating onboarding activities. Additional duties may include assisting with candidate sourcing.
In this role, you will support a dynamic Talent Acquisition (TA) team of recruiters and serve as the backbone of the team - ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining data accuracy, and helping to drive process efficiency within a fast-paced environment


Must Have Skills:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support, preferably in financial services
• Proven ability to manage high volume interview scheduling with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS tools (Workday, Phenom, Microsoft Office)

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
• Positive attitude and collaborative, no tasks too small mindset
