Weekend Shift Die Cutter

Job Overview We are seeking a Die‑Cutter Operator for our weekend shift in Fort Worth, TX. You will help produce quality flexographic label products by operating finishing die cutter equipment and ensuring product quality and packaging. Shift Weekend Shift: Friday‑Sunday, 4:30am –5:00pm. Responsibilities Set up and operate the finishing die cutter. Perform rewind/inspection work: inspect all products as rewound off presses. Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria. Package finished products based on supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria. Assist in the set‑up of finishing equipment. Monitor the daily ship list and communicate with the Production Manager on progress or problems. Develop competency with the tools, resources, and processes used in daily work. Maintain a positive, professional attitude. Abide by safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Qualifications Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Experience or comfort in a manufacturing environment. Familiar with or comfortable operating small machinery. Self‑motivated, able to work independently. Ability to work efficiently, accurately. Good communication skills and desire to help the team succeed.
