Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner (U.S. Field)

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner (U.S. Field) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will serve as a strategic people partner to U.S. Field Commercial leaders, helping shape workforce and talent strategies that support business priorities. The Associate Director will collaborate closely with leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to strengthen organizational effectiveness, support change, and improve team performance. This position requires strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to translate complex business needs into practical HR solutions in a fast-paced, technical environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $177,000 – $221,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as a strategic HR advisor to U.S. Field Commercial leaders, understanding their organizational priorities. Translate business strategies into effective workforce and talent plans, managing execution and measuring impact. Drive initiatives in workforce planning, succession planning, and team effectiveness that align with business goals. Coach leaders on performance management, organizational health, and team dynamics while resolving complex challenges. Lead change management initiatives across field teams, facilitating stakeholder communication and adoption. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to align people strategies and implement scalable HR solutions. Utilize people data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and evaluate HR effectiveness for continuous improvement. Qualifications 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or complex technical environment as an HR Business Partner. Ability to operate as a strategic advisor and translate business priorities into actionable people strategies. Strong business acumen to connect scientific and operational priorities with organizational effectiveness. Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change management. Proven ability to navigate complex organizational challenges and develop practical solutions.
