Client Advisor- Carmel

Responsibilities Client Advisors embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, delivering the Tiffany Experience and exceeding the sales plan. Sales Deepen client relationships, consistently achieve sales goals, capture client data, nurture repeat business, and drive business through key product pillars. Service Elevate in-store experience, consistently delivering memorable moments, demonstrating brand ambassador behaviors, optimizing hospitality and store amenities, and responding to TEI performance and client feedback. Qualifications Required Qualifications Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality). Proven track record of achieving sales results. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work with a diverse client base. Proficiency with POS, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email. Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based. Preferred Qualifications College/university degree. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework. Proficiency in multiple languages.
