Strategic Account Executive (SAE) - Federal Employee Program (FEP) Specialty Pharmacy Program

As a Strategic Account Executive (SAE) for the Federal Employee Program (FEP) Specialty Pharmacy Program, you will serve as the senior level liaison with FEP for their Specialty Pharmacy Program line of business. Leading the strategic account team (including account management, and operations) as the quarterback and having full ownership for client satisfaction and service delivery.

• Developing and delivering regular reporting to clients on their drug trend and financial performance and facilitating the identification of client cost-saving opportunities.
• Formulating responses to program-related questions through collaboration with primary internal partners and Specialty Pharmacy Program subject matter experts.
• Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders and, using your strong pharmacy and healthcare background, creating a collaborative environment of trust in the support that CVS Caremark provides related to the Specialty Pharmacy Program line of business.
• Applying your consultative skills to translate program requirements into impacts on plan administration, member experience, and specialty pharmacy performance.

Your success as a Strategic Account Executive - FEP Specialty Pharmacy Program will be driven by your ability to retain your assigned book of business and achieve above-average client satisfaction scores. You will function as a leader for the account team, and your ability to influence others to deliver results for your client will also be a key factor in your success. Your understanding of specialty pharmacy operations, client benefit strategies, clinical programs, and the member experience, as well as keeping up to date on market trends, will enable you to position CVS Caremark programs and solutions effectively to client decision makers. The contributions you will make as a Strategic Account Executive will position CVS Caremark for long-term growth in the competitive pharmacy and healthcare marketplace. This position has the ability to work remotely within major metropolitan areas or in a Corporate Hub. You must have the ability to travel up to 40 percent of the time. 1 + years of specialty pharmacy experience Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills Strategic Planning Professional (CSPP) preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification/equivalent experience This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
