As part of a small, high-impact team, you'll influence system-level software architecture while ensuring we build streamlined, verifiable solutions for safe spaceflight.Key Responsibilities:Lead software integration activities for critical rocket systems throughout the entire product lifecycleWork hands-on in a hardware-in-loop environment to validate flight softwareDesign and implement verification strategies for safety-critical systemsInfluence system-level software architecture decisionsTroubleshoot complex technical issues across integrated rocket systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets mission requirementsQualifications:B.S. degree computer science, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering or related technical discipline with 2-5 years of experienceExperience with control systems methodologies and/or verification of safety-critical softwareStrong technical troubleshooting skillsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsExperience with Python and Linux environmentsDesired:M.S. or PhD in computer science, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering or related technical disciplineDemonstrated experience with MATLAB and Simulink and auto-coding methodsExperience in the full lifecycle development of aerospace systems, including requirement definition, design solution definition, implementation, integration, verification and validation, qualification, commissioning and operationExperience with aerospace vehicles (e.g., Boeing 787, 777x, Orion) and model-based design (MBD) methodologies leading to certification of human spaceflight systemsBase Pay Range for:WA applicants is $107,136.00 - $149,990.40Other site ranges may differCulture StatementDon't meet all desired requirements?
