Position Overview $425 / Hour

A well-established community hospital in Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist for ongoing daytime locum tenens coverage.

This opportunity offers an excellent combination of outpatient clinic, operating room time, office procedures, and daytime inpatient consultative care with no night or weekend call responsibilities . Physicians will work within a collaborative, well-supported practice utilizing Epic EMR while caring for adult patients in both clinic and hospital settings.

• Current coverage needs:
  • September 28 – October 2, 2026
  • November 30 – December 4, 2026
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• One-hour lunch
• No overnight call
• No weekend call
• Mix of clinic, procedures, OR, and daytime hospital consults
• General Urology practice
• Adult patients only
• Approximately 40–70 patients daily across the practice
• Epic EMR
• Newly renovated office
• Strong, experienced clinical support staff
• Temporary privileges available for qualified physicians
• Pennsylvania License or IMLC Letter of Qualification accepted
• Pay Ranking: Top 10% of comparable community Urology locum opportunities

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage adult urology patients
• Perform outpatient urologic procedures
• Perform scheduled operating room cases
• Conduct inpatient consultations
• Round on hospitalized urology patients
• Perform ureteroscopies and other general urologic procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Document patient encounters using Epic EMR
• Coordinate perioperative patient management
