Associate Attorney - Business Litigation / General Liability - Los Angeles, CA

A respected litigation firm is seeking a Business Litigation / General Liability Associate to join its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience handling civil litigation matters and be comfortable managing cases in a fast-paced environment.This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of business and general liability matters while growing within a collaborative and supportive team.

Responsibilities:

* Handle business litigation and general liability matters from inception through resolution
* Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
* Conduct depositions and court appearances
* Assist with trial preparation and strategy
* Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
* Manage caseloads and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of civil litigation experience
* Experience in business litigation and/or general liability preferred
* Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
* Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
* Active California Bar license in good standing
