Supporting the Assistant Store Leaders for Operations and Visual, you lead, plan, and supervise merchandising and stock teams, adjusting priorities and schedules to keep the salesfloor customer-ready. You manage salesfloor, backdoor, and curbside operations, oversee inventory replenishment and back-of-house standards, and maintain control of store expenses, including supplies, packaging, and truck scheduling. You protect margin through safe product handling and effective management of second-quality and clearance items.
