Physician Anesthesiology - Competitive Salary

Job Description

This 30-year-old regional private practice which performs over 60,000 anesthetics per year is seeking a board-certified Anesthesiologist with two or more years of experience. Option to partner, mix of hospital-ASC, primary hospital, or primary ASC choices.  Enjoy a shared vision and Physician-centric collegial culture. Participation in quality, hospital committees, service line liaison, group governance and leadership are encouraged. Board members are elected every two years. Group functions include dinners, harbor cruises, celebrations on the beach and more. 

The Practice Covers Three Hospitals in Maryland – Annapolis, Lanham, and Prince Frederick.

Three Options to Choose From:  Partnership, NO Call & Nominal Call Positions Available

Plus 35 diverse ASC’s spread throughout central Maryland, Baltimore and within 25 minutes of DC. 

Two Year Partnership Track:

• $550,000 Base Years 1 & 2
• $50,000 Sign on Bonus Paid in Full at Signing
• Year Two $550,000 Base + up to 90% of Profit-Sharing Eligibility ($630,000+)
• Year 3 full partner, No buy in. On average Partners are earning $700,000 - $750,000 per year
• Uncapped Potential with some earning 7 Figure incomes
• MSO Participation Available
• Average work week is 50-55 hours
• Hospital and ASC settings available
• 90% of cases are self-directed
• Call: Q5 weekends, Q10 Weekday, and 5 Late shifts per month 
• ASC Directorship & Service Liaison Positions Available – Extra Income
• No Airway Coverage Required
• 7 weeks & 1-week personal time
• 8 Weeks+ Once Partnered
• 401k + T. Rowe Profit Sharing, 5K Expense account First Two Years
• Full Benefits, 10K Employer Contribution towards Benefits First Two Years
• Malpractice with Tail, No Non-Compete

Non-Partnership Options:

M-F, 10 Weekends of Call Per Year (No weekday call)

• $525,000 Base Salary (50 Hours Per Week)
• $50,000 Sign on Bonus Pain in Full at Signing
• Monday-Friday, Daytime Only
• 10 Weekends of Call Per Year (7A-7P Saturday & Sunday)
• Full Benefits, 10K Employer Contribution
• 401k + T. Rowe Profit Sharing, 5K Expense account
• 7 weeks PTO & 1-week personal time
• Malpractice with Tail, No Non-Compete
• Hospital, ASC or Combination
• Cover 90% of Your Own Cases

No Call – No Lates

• $450,000 Base Salary
• Monday-Friday, Daytime Only
• 7A-5P (50 Hours Per Week)
• Full Benefits, 10K Employer Contribution
• 401k + T. Rowe Profit Sharing, 5K Expense account
• 7 weeks PTO & 1-week personal time
• Malpractice with Tail, No Non-Compete
• Hospital, ASC or Combination
• Cover 90% of Your Own Cases
