Temco Logistics busca un Almacenero trabajador y orientado a los detalles para unirse a nuestro equipo. Como Almacenero, desempeñarás un papel clave en garantizar que los pedidos de los clientes se preparen con precisión, se verifiquen la calidad y se preparen para la entrega de manera oportuna. Este puesto requiere un enfoque proactivo, resistencia física y la capacidad de prosperar en un entorno de almacén de ritmo rápido. Responsabilidades clave: Recopilar y revisar las notas de los pedidos para cumplir con precisión las entregas. Seleccionar los artículos pedidos de contenedores y almacenamiento usando códigos de barras, números de serie y otra información identificativa. Envolver los artículos con película de retracción de manera segura antes de prepararlos o cargarlos para la entrega. Cargar y descargar vehículos de entrega, incluyendo camiones, furgonetas y contenedores, con precisión. Transportar los artículos extraídos de los contenedores de almacenamiento al área de envío o preparación usando montacargas, abrazaderas o carretillas. Mover unidades del área de descarga a sus áreas de ruta asignadas. Inspeccionar productos en busca de calidad y daños, asegurando que todos los artículos cumplan con los estándares de la empresa. Informar de discrepancias o artículos dañados a los supervisores de inmediato. Realizar tareas generales del almacén, incluyendo mantener un espacio de trabajo limpio y organizado. Requisitos: Al menos 1 año de experiencia en selección de pedidos o un rol similar de almacén. Capacidad para operar equipos pesados, incluyendo montacargas y abrazaderas (certificación preferida). Familiaridad con dispositivos de mano o escáneres RF, o disposición a aprender. Fuerte atención al detalle y capacidad para detectar discrepancias en los pedidos. Resistencia física para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y levantar/mover artículos pesados según sea necesario. Capacidad para trabajar bien bajo presión y cumplir con plazos ajustados.
