We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team at Psychology Care Center, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the psychological well-being of our diverse clients. This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while still being a part of a collaborative outpatient office environment. The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Work Environment

This position allows you to work from home while remaining connected to a professional outpatient team. The remote work setting is designed to promote a healthy work-life balance, but you will also have the opportunity to engage with colleagues during regular meetings and updates. Our flexible work schedule typically operates Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional requirements for evening and weekend hours based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

As an LPCC, you will have a varied and fulfilling workload that includes:

• Managing a caseload of clients, building rapport, and fostering professional relationships that respect ethical boundaries.
• Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and planning for future appointments, including appropriate discharge when warranted.
• Creating, executing, and analyzing person-centered treatment plans based on individual client goals and needs.
• Maintaining thorough and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and intake assessments.
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique challenges faced by each client.
• Engaging in ongoing individual supervision with a goal of personal and professional development.
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the holistic care of clients.
• Embracing a growth mindset and continuously seeking to improve therapy approaches and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on adults, children, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, and adjustment issues. By providing empathetic and effective counseling, you will help clients navigate their journeys toward mental wellness and stability.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted LPCC license, evidencing your ability to practice independently.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting, demonstrating your understanding of client needs.
• Proficiency with various computer systems, including RMS systems, Excel, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience

We prefer applicants who have experience in:

• Providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments, which inform treatment strategies.
• Utilizing therapy modalities adaptable to diverse client backgrounds and needs.

Compensation and Benefits
