*Responsibilities* -Manage incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, provide case status updates to current clients - Conduct data entry and maintain case files - Conduct interviews with clients to gather necessary information - Support team with personal injury cases - Proofread legal documents for accuracy - Conduct legal research as needed *Requirements*- Prior experience in a personal injury law office setting - Proficient in data entry and writing skills - Ability to conduct client interviews effectively - Familiarity with personal injury - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Fluent in Spanish Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
