We are currently searching for a Chassis Mechanic for our Linden, NJ location. Address: 4700 Tremley Point Road, Linden, NJ. 07036. Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Pay Range: $22.00 to $27.50 per hour, dependent on experience. Skill-based pay rate reviews and potential increases every 6 months.

Demonstrated skill in most of the following areas:

• The ability to diagnose failures and make repairs on mechanical, electrical or other various systems on a tank trailer.
• Tank service and repair
• Trailer suspension installation and repair
• Experience with air brake systems and repairs
• Ability to effectively and efficiently inspect tanks and trailers to align with DOT standards, complete DOT inspections
• Welding and fabrication experience - TIG/MIG, aluminum and stainless preferred
