Create exceptional value in the lives of customers by delivering legendary customer service and perfectly crafted high‑quality eyewear that exceeds expectations. Major Duties & Responsibilities Welcome all customers and set expectations. Custom fit glasses & precisely place prescription in lenses. Act as a leader in optical acumen. Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs. Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions. Use technology accurately despite time pressure and customer volume, maintain exceptional product knowledge, and employ appropriate tools. Proactively explore root causes of issues, forward‑think, and ensure customers are satisfied, expectations exceeded, and solutions delivered. Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time amid competing priorities. Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies. Maintain store appearance, keeping the store clean, attractive, and organized. Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices. Be resourceful, self‑motivated, and seek continual learning, improvement, and results. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management. Basic Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent. State licensure. Optical dispensing experience. Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder. Knowledge of current store merchandise. Strong basic math skills. Awareness of current fashion trends. Sales skills—ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet. Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators. Embrace new technology and change. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service and retail experience.
