Patient Experience Advocate I — Care, Communication & Resolution
University of Miami
University of Miami seeks a Patient Experience Specialist to bridge patients with the health system, handling feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism. You will collect detailed information during rounds, act as a liaison by phone or in person, and escalate complex issues to the Senior Specialist for timely resolution.
