Hospice RN — Case Manager & Family Advocate

Hireez seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to support terminally ill patients and their families in the inpatient hospice unit. You will assess needs, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and provide preventive and supportive care with compassionate communication. The role requires licensure in Florida, 1–2 years hospice nursing experience preferred, and CHPN certification within two years. Travel across South Florida may be needed.
