Warehouse AssociateMidway Staffing is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate to support daily receiving, inventory, shipping, and order-fulfillment operations.Position DetailsPay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experienceEmployment Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunitySchedule: Monday-FridayHours: Must be flexible to work varying hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PMApproximately 40 hours per weekEnvironment: Ambient warehouse and temperature-controlled areas of approximately 55°FKey ResponsibilitiesReceive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and completenessVerify product numbers, lot numbers, descriptions, quantities, weights, and warehouse locationsOrganize and store materials in designated warehouse areasPick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipmentProcess outgoing shipments and prepare shipping documentationCoordinate carrier pickups and deliveriesPerform cycle counts and assist with inventory auditsInvestigate and report inventory discrepanciesOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safelyInspect incoming and outgoing products for damage or quality concernsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all warehouse, safety, security, and quality proceduresCommunicate inventory and order-status updates to supervisors and team membersQualificationsPrevious warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is preferredForklift and pallet-jack experience is preferredAbility to read and accurately verify product and shipping informationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to communicate and work effectively with different departmentsMust be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a teamPhysical RequirementsMust be able to lift and move bags or products weighing approximately 55 poundsAbility to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, push, pull, and climb on and off equipment throughout the shift
