DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position supports statewide work that strengthens Adult Protective Services and improves outcomes for adults in need. The role builds connections, guides agencies, and helps ensure services meet required standards. As a Human Services Program Representative 1, you will perform the following duties:
- Monitoring Support: Review contractor performance and provide feedback to strengthen quality and consistency
- Training Guidance: Recommend training needs based on monitoring results
- Audit Oversight: Coordinate and review corrective action plans and performance audits
- Technical Consultation: Offer assistance to contractors working with adults who have complex needs
- Service Coordination: Liaise with program offices and agencies to connect clients with needed services
- Case Troubleshooting: Identify solutions and resources for complicated protective service cases
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
