Field Behavioral Health Case Manager Travel & Crisis Care

CVS Health is seeking a Clinical Case Manager in the Fort Worth area for field-based work with up to 75% travel. You will assess members, provide crisis intervention, and coordinate care across the service area to ensure appropriate benefits and services are delivered. The role requires a master’s degree in Behavioral/Mental Health and an active Behavioral Health license (LCSW/LPC/LMSW/LMFT).
