Data-Savvy Housing Stabilization Case Manager
The Providence Center
The Providence Center is seeking a Housing Stabilization Case Manager to support the housing department. The role involves housing stabilization services to participants, filing, documentation, Excel spreadsheets, data entry in EPIC, and coordinating referrals for supportive services.
