Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a RN

• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years years of experience in CVICU

• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in CVICU

• Valid RN license

• Be willing to obtain Tennessee licensure

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in a clinical setting, you’ll deliver specialized, compassionate care while partnering with the care team to support exceptional patient outcomes.

• Deliver specialized care to patients across acute and subacute units as an RN in the CVICU.

• Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and document outcomes while coordinating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in CVICU care.

• Advocate for best patient experience by supporting recovery, safety, and continuity of care using strong clinical workflow and documentation practices.
