Operations Associate

A growing multibillion dollar hedge fund in the NYC area is seeking to expand its team. Responsibilities Oversight and review of trade, position, and cash reconciliations Maintenance of portfolio management system and shadow general ledger Collaborating with brokers and service providers to ensure daily operational health Valuation oversight across complex instruments Tracking and review of portfolio financing and margin requirements Cash and position transfers for portfolio financing optimization Maintaining and enhancing the internal control framework Preparation of client reporting deliverables Preparation of internal management reporting Oversight of regulatory filings Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Strong technical skills and familiarity with hedge fund operations Ability to operate in a fast-growing, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment Experience with Claude AI Location NY (TriState area) Disclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
