Seeking a self-motivated, experienced senior leader with an expectant attitude!

Join the fastest home improvement company in the Bay Area.

We specialize in outdoor living products for the backyard to include pavers, synthetic turf, BBQ islands, fire pits, swimming pools and a full landscaping division

Qualifications

We want a real sales leader - someone who knows how to recruit talent, train, manage and build a team that can produce at a high level
Has real door-to-door appointment setting experience (minimum one year experience)
Knows how to recruit and develop talent
Can hold people accountable on a daily basis
English (Required)

Responsibilities

Recruiting new candidates
Training using the company-proven program
Following and leading with company’s policies and procedures
Driving lead generation through personal production
Scheduling and payroll duties
You will be supported with an excellent team behind you, ownership that will help support and invest in you
