Service Assistant

We're seeking a motivated,dependable, customer-focused Service Dept Assistant to support our busy service department by coordinating vehicle pick up and deliveries, rental vehicles, repair order scanning, service porter duties and much more. Responsibilities:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Support Service in many ways that are listed.
• Move customer vehicles to and from the service drive and technician bays
• Maintain loaner fleet.
• Shuttle customers to and from the dealership as needed
• Assist with service scheduling and customer intake
• Wash and vacuum vehicles post-service when necessary
• Run local errands for the service department (e.g., picking up parts)
• Learn dealership systems and processes with the goal of growing.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional, courteous, and team-oriented mindset
• Dependable, punctual, and organized
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred but not required
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
