Customer Service Specialist Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Job Description:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Process customer orders, requests, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
Enter and maintain customer information, orders, and other data within company systems.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
Support administrative and operational functions as assigned.
