Your clients won’t be just any clients—they're some of the most influential organizations around, from Fortune 500 giants to innovative startups. In doing so, you’ll uphold McKinsey’s commitment to making a meaningful difference in the industries and communities we serve.Your backgroundBachelor’s degree1+ years of experienceUnderstanding and exposure to supply chain concepts and interest in network design, sales and operations planning (S&OP), inventory, or physical flow managementHands-on experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment, specifically demonstrating leadership skills in performance improvement & change managementClear demonstration of having led operational improvements and in managing key transformation factors (e.g., performance management systems, mindsets/behaviors)Demonstrated aptitude for analyticsProven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at all levels in an organizationSkills to communicate complex ideas effectivelyComfortable with extensive travel, up to 80%
